Training
We train our managers with both on-the-job training and a comprehensive one-week Leadership Class in Nashville, Tennessee. Leading the charge is our president, Tom Vogel, ensuring each MIT has a solid understanding of our passion, purpose and values. This is a unique opportunity for MITs to gain knowledge and learn our purpose and values directly from our leader. Understanding of our guest-driven culture is the cornerstone to our success.
