Rob Effner named "Senior Vice President Development and Operations Innovation"
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (August 15, 2005) - Logan's Roadhouse, Inc. today announced the promotion of Rob Effner to Senior Vice President of Development and Operations Innovation. Effner is responsible for Real Estate, Facilities, Franchise Relations, Design and Construction, prototype development, the beverage program, and other significant operational initiatives. Effner continues to report to President and Chief Operating Officer Tom Vogel.
"This promotion recognizes Rob's numerous areas of responsibility as well as the importance of his work to the continued growth and development of Logan's Roadhouse®," said Vogel. "Under Rob's leadership, we have been able to make progress in vital areas such as new prototype design, responsible alcohol sales, and brand development."
Effner joined Logan's Roadhouse in December 2003. Before that, he was with Red Lobster for 20 years, where he held positions in operations, training, strategic planning, operations development, and concept development. He was responsible for leading cross-functional work teams in areas of remodels, design methodology, innovation, beverage deployment, and concept prototype development. His work has received awards such as Chain Store Age's Brand Reinvention and Nation's Restaurant News' Successful Settings.
