Logan's Roadhouse® promotes Stephen Anderson to Senior VP, Marketing, Food & Beverage

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Aug. 6, 2007) - Logan's Roadhouse today announced the promotion of Stephen Anderson to Senior Vice President, Marketing, Food & Beverage. Anderson had most recently been Vice President of Marketing, Food & Beverage.

"Steve is an extraordinary innovator," said Tom Vogel, president and CEO of Logan's Roadhouse. "And this promotion recognizes his many contributions to both our Marketing and Food & Beverage initiatives. Steve led our charge to bring high quality, craveable food to our guests at a good value. He re-vamped our menu and introduced great new items, such as the Onion Brewski® Sirloin, Roadies™ and the Nutter Butter® Fudge Slide. He has also been instrumental in supporting our string of 17 consecutive quarters of positive or flat same-store-sales growth."

Anderson joined Logan's Roadhouse in 2003 as Sr. Director of Product Development, the restaurant group's first full-time food and beverage executive. The hospitality industry recognized his accomplishments in 2005 when Logan's won the prestigious Nation's Restaurant News MenuMasters Award for Best Menu Revamp.

Anderson, who has more than 27 years restaurant experience, holds an MBA from the University of Florida and a BS in Hotel Administration from Cornell University. He trained at the Culinary Institute of America-Greystone.

Before joining Logan's, he was Director of Product Development and Executive Chef for Red Lobster.

Logan's is known as the "The Real American Roadhouse®", a place where guests can come as they are, be themselves and make lifelong friends.
